ORDERING TO THE U.S. AND MEXICO

Orders placed to the United States and Mexico usually require 1 to 2 business days to process. After you place your order, you’ll receive an automatic email with your tracking information and you can easily follow its journey to your door.

US and Mexico shipping costs:

• Toto and Trolala: $29
• Accessories: $9 (free when you order a bag with your accessories)

For Mexico-bound orders, please note that the price of purchase does not include additional taxes and duties that may apply per local import laws.

ORDERING TO EUROPE AND BEYOND

Orders placed to Europe and other international destinations (besides the U.S. and Mexico) usually require 2 to 4 business days to process. After you place your order, you’ll receive an automatic email with your tracking information and you can easily follow its journey to your door.

Europe shipping costs:

• bobobark / bebebark / doquntin / toto / trolala: $19
• Accessories: $15 (free when you order a bag with your accessories)

Please note: The purchase price does not include any additional taxes, duties, or import fees that may apply under local laws. Customers outside the European Union are responsible for covering these charges upon delivery. This also includes countries in the Schengen Area that are not part of the EU customs union (such as Norway and Switzerland).

Since Brexit, shipments to the United Kingdom are likewise subject to local taxes, duties, and handling fees, which must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

For all other countries and regions, shipping costs will appear at checkout, prior to the payment step, so you’ll be able to see the price before you place your order.

DELIVERY TIMES

For orders placed to the United States and Europe, it will take an estimated 3 to 8 business days for your Laflore Paris package to arrive at your door once it’s left the warehouse. For all other countries, a more accurate estimate will appear during the checkout process and it can take a little longer.
