Repair Kit - Cork

Let me say the customer service is superb! I've had my Bebe bark bag since 2021. I lost one of the brass rings and wrote to customer service asking if they could send a replacement ring. Natacha responded despite the time difference. We exchanged emails (proof of purchase) and then I checked the website. I scrolled pass the bags and found the replacement kit! I ordered the replacement kit and the passport holder. I"m seriously considering another bag in blue. Just haven't decided between the jobanne or the chouchou.

Replacement kit - sasved my bag. I was able to use it for the first time in years. And I still love it!

Passport holder - Are you kidding me?! I used it for domestic travel while attending a conference. I was able to throw my essentials in and use it for dinner instead of taking my laptop bag. Worked wonderfully.

The Laflore Repair Kit is a terrific idea that works well.

I have owned my wonderful Bobobark since April 2022. To my dismay, one day I discovered a small tear in the bottom of my bag. Thank goodness, this tear did not penetrate through the beautiful orange interior lining. I used my Repair Kit as per the instructions, and am delighted with the result.

The Tool Kit itself is well designed and compact. Everything you need is there in a this small, attractive package - small enough to travel with, just in case. I have never had any difficulties with the hardware on any of my three Laflore products, but if I do, I am confident the Kit will solve the problem, at home or on the go.

Genius idea!! Why cant ALL companies give you the tools to repair your heavily loved possessions!
