Yes, bobobark can carry a laptop up to 15 inches. It has a special padded compartment, accessible from both inside and outside the bag - Please note, however, that a 15" laptop will not be accessible via the side pocket, but can still be placed in the bag through the top opening. A 13" laptop is the best match, as they are compatible with the easy-access side pocket.

Bobobark has a side zipper which leads directly to its padded laptop compartment, so you can retrieve your laptop quickly and safely! Please note that the easy-access side pocket is only compatible with laptops up to 13 inches. Although the bobobark can hold up to a 15" laptop, it will not be accessible via the side pocket, but can still be placed in the bag through the top opening.

Our sustainable purses are made from eco-friendly cork leather. While cork leather is 100% vegan, it should not be confused with the well-known “vegan leather” which often contains PVC and other synthetic materials.

The lining of all of our bags and accessories come in our signature orange, The bright and vivid color improves the visibility inside your bag, which comes in very handy when you need to quickly retrieve items from your bag at a glance. And bonus! The material is organic and 100% recycled.

As of right now, we don't have any plans to offer alternative lining colors.

For now, we do not offer customization options for bobobark.

Bobobark can hold up to 8 kg. However, for everyday use, we recommend that you not carry more than 5 kg to avoid any premature wear and tear. 

Bobobark comes with three straps: two long backpack straps, and one short buckle strap. By combining one of the backpack straps with the short strap, you can create one long strap to wear your bag over the shoulder or crossbody.

Our accessories were specially designed to fit in the bobobark. All of the accessories can fit in the bag together.

Bobobark can fit a water bottle up to 1 liter in size.

bobobark has an easy-access external zipper pocket designed to hold your phone. It can hold phones up to 4.5 * 7 inches in size. This pocket connects to the main part of the bag so that you can plug your phone to your power bank, allowing you to charge while using your phone safely. 

There is a slip pocket inside the main compartment of bobobark, where you can place your power bank. You can thread a cable through a small opening from it to the external phone pocket, so that you can plug your phone to the power bank while still having easy access to your phone. 

The bobobark shoulder strap is 56 cm // 22 inches long. 

The backpack straps are 75 cm // 29 inches long. 

The dimensions of the bebebark are 23 L x 23 H x 12 W cm | 9 L x 9 H x 4.7 W inches.

No, you can't lock bebebark. However, the top opening can't be forced open. To open it, you have to place one hand at the back of the bag, which makes it hard for an unwanted intruder to open your bag without you noticing.

Bebebark is impeccably designed to keep you organized and provide you quick access to your essentials. There are 11 interior pockets and compartments that hold everything from your tablet to your keys in their place, and an exterior hidden side zipper provides you easy access to your phone.  

While bebebark is compact in size, its unique clasp opens 180° to allow you a wide, clear view into the bag, so you can grab what you need quickly.  

Bebebark’s crossbody strap has a maximum length of 130 cm / 51 inches.

trolala has a capacity of 32L, it weighs 2.9 kgs, and its dimensions are 25cm x 30cm x 55cm.

The padded laptop compartment was designed to fit up to a 16 inch macbook pro. Some of the 17 inch laptops will fit in the main compartment of trolala.

The dimensions of trolala are 25cm x 55cm x 30cm which will meet most traditional airline carry-on dimensions, but since each airline has its own policy, we recommend checking the required dimensions prior to flying with your trolala.

A ring on the brass clasp allows you to secure and lock your trolala with a small lock. You can use a combination lock or a key lock.

The metal we use for our products is brass, a solid and vintage looking metal. 

First and foremost, our products are not mass-produced. While we do have a high demand for Laflore products, we refuse to compromise on our ethics. Our handbags and accessories are still handcrafted by skilled artisans using the same high quality eco-friendly materials as always.

We don't use the term artisan lightly -- we only work with skilled craftsmen and craftswomen who are extremely detail-oriented and have experience working with handmade items.

People and nature are the core values of the Laflore brand. Our products are designed in Paris, made from eco-materials (natural cork & recycled cotton) sourced from Portugal, and hand-made by artisans in China who we have been working with for over 30 years. This strong relationship is built with good people we call friends, who uphold our standards for attention to detail and the very best quality.  

Our workers earn fair wages and have ethical working conditions. In fact, Elie lived in China at the workshop for over a month to ensure the operation was running smoothly. Our artisans use sewing machines, cutting stations, scissors, screws, and screwdrivers. They never use dangerous machinery.  

Our emerald color is a deep, dark green with blue undertones. It’s a vibrant and unique color, that is flattering all year long!

Our mustard is a dense, deep yellow. With its warm undertones, it is a great match for denims, and brightens up all outfits!

Our cherry red color is a bright red with slightly pink undertones. Unique and eyecatching, it will make you stand oud in all occasions. It’s perfect for any time of the year!

We ship worldwide, to all countries as long as you have a mailbox! We also offer US and EU-friendly shipping.

Our average shipping time is between 4 to 14 days to the farthest countries in the world. 

We ship all orders within the EU and to all countries close to the EU, such as UK, Norway or Switzerland, from our logistic partner's facility in Poland. For all orders within the US, and to all other countries, orders are shipped from our logistic partner's facility in the US.

Cork is one of the most eco-friendly materials on our planet! Cork is both renewable and biodegradable. Laflore’s cork leather is made from cork bark, which is sustainable and actually helps the environment instead of harming it. We also believe in vegan, cruelty-free fashion where no animals are harmed to create a purse.

Cork is a very light and solid material. In fact, it is three times lighter than traditional leather. 

To clean the cork of your Laflore purse, dampen a reusable soft cloth with warm water and a couple drops of saddle soap. Saddle soap is ideal, but any regular soap you have at home will do just fine. Once you have a damp cloth with soap ready, gently scrub your purse in small circles, paying special attention to any areas that are visibly dirty.

All Laflore products are made of waterproof cork material, but too much water will make the cork material unable to absorb the leather cream properly. It’s best to use a conservative amount of water and soap (ideally saddle soap). Make sure to dry your bag with a clean cloth instead of rinsing it, just like you would regular leather. If there is any residual moisture after cleaning, allow your cork purse to completely air dry and don’t place it close to any sources of heat such as hair dryers or electric heaters.  

How will cork age?

Cork will last long and age well if you take care of it properly. However, just like leather, cork changes over time. It is sensitive to UV and will get slightly lighter in color with time. In addition, there may be wear and tear at the corners and in other areas of the item that are used often. All of those signs are natural and can be avoided with proper care.

That is a great question, thanks so much for asking.  The waterproof pocket is meant for damp items and not for anything that is oozing or dripping water or any container that might be leaking.  It’s ideal for damp clothing or handcloths etc.

First, the treasure box is a fully removable compartment the size of the moimoi. Its full space and large volume will help you fit bigger objects.

From Laflore Paris main page, you can click on the bonbons icon on top right part of the screen. It will open your loyalty program menu! 

Here, you will have access to your bonbons count. Each time you reach a certain amount of bonbons, you will be able to see the matching reward by clicking on "my rewards". 

For unlocking a reward, please click on "redeem". On this page, you will be able to select and unlock a specific reward. Keep in mind unlocking a reward will consume the bonbons. it's up to you wether you want to save up or use your bonbons right away! :) 

Once a reward is unlocked, you will receive a special coupon code the amount of the unlocked reward. Your coupon code will always appear on your loyalty program menu: you can copy them and past them during the checkout phase to enjoy your reward! 

Note: during sales, or some special operations, a specific discount may already be applied to the item of your choice. If that is the case, you may not be able to use your reward. However, it'll be saved for later, so don't hesitate to save them up for future purchases!

Don't worry! We update the rewards regularly. Don't hesitate to save up your bonbons: you will be able to use them later as soon as you see the reward of your dream!

If a reward is unlocked, it is permanently unlocked and will not be available at any other time in the future. If you regret selecting the reward, you can contact us through chat or email at natacha@lafloreparis.com anytime for help. However, don't hesitate to think it through: we will be able to provide you with the bonbons again but will have to deactivate the unlocked reward - it will not be available anymore past this time. Don't hesitate to give it a shot!

Pèrepak comes with three straps to wear it in three different ways just like the bobobark: two backpack straps, and a small convertible strap to combine with a backpack strap to make a shoulder strap!
